Our client is expanding their current team in the center of the country.
What will you be doing?
Our client’s IT-landscape revolves around the Product Information Management (PIM-) system. As a result, the Java Developers within our team focus on exchange. They deal with the entry, as well as the implementation of product data within the large amount of systems that they use. But your work will also consist of providing tailor made realizations within the PIM-system and implementing backend solutions. What else will you be doing?
- Realizing connections and API’s between the PIM-system and other systems like ERP’s
- Developing software, predominantly within Java 8
- Advising on technical issues to our PIM consultants and the client
- Cooperating closely with the client and consultants as a sparring partner
- Thinking about improving the organization’s effectiveness
- Contributing to new projects at other clients
What is expected of you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree within IT or a related field
- You are an expert in realizing connections between applications
- You have extensive knowledge of Java and Groove and frameworks such as Grails, Spring Boot and Apache Solr
- You like sharing your knowledge with your colleagues
- You like a dynamic work environment, since you will be conversing with the client and consultants a lot
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
