Senior PHP Developer – Zwolle region, the Netherlands

We offer an interesting opportunity, which allows you to relocate to the Netherlands, for a full-time contract and a compelling salary. Our client is in search of a Senior PHP Developer.
What will you be doing?
For a variety of clients, you will do tailor made work on a rapidly growing E-commerce platform of Shopware and the Product Information Management (PIM) software of Akeneo. How will you do this?
- By developing cool modules and features
- By realizing customization on already existing software
- By researching clients’ wishes and by proposing fitting suggestions
- By employing code reviews and test automation
Furthermore, you will assist a junior PHP developer in becoming even better at his work.
What is expected of you?
You are an experienced PHP Developer that knows how to convert client wishes into technical concepts. You will function as a soundboard for the other Developers and Consultants within your team. Furthermore:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Extensive knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and MySQL
- Experience with GIT
- Knowledge of Symfony, Laravel or Processwire is a plus
- You are a natural in making other people better at their job
- You like renewing and optimizing, this happens continuously at this company
- Excellent command of the English language
